Refunds & Race Insurance

Refunds are not offered by Pub 317. You may opt into purchasing race insurance at the time of registration checkout for possible refund eligibility through the third-party FanShield/RegShield. After registering, you will receive an email with a unique claim number. In the event you need to request a refund before race day, follow the link in this email to provide proper documentation depending on your situation. Race insurance MUST be purchased at the time of registration checkout. It can not be purchased at a later time.

Deferrals

Allowed for a $10 fee. Valid only for the following race year (use it, or lose it). Must be submitted by March 1st, 2026.

Bib Transfers

Allowed at no charge. Must be completed before race day. Log in to your RunSignUp account, find the race event, and follow the link to transfer your bib.
