It started on 3-17-13 at the Pub 317 after finishing the Pub Run :) my running buddies and I had just finished refreshments :) We went outside and heard Missy O'Malley was announcing race numbers for prizes :) to my surprise my race number was called and I had won a trip to Ireland :) along with the trip is the chance to run the Dublin marathon. Yikes! So due to the fact I was recovering from a stress fracture on my foot :) Tyler at Bozeman Running Company allowed me to do the half marathon :) Hip-Hip-Hooray :) On 9-17-13 my running buddies and I met again at Pub 317 for some per-Ireland refreshments:) My race team (husband & mom) and I took off for Ireland on 9-19-13 :). I was set to run the Aircity Dublin Half Marathon on 9-21-13 in Phoenix Park :) Largest Park in Europe with a rock fence around it:) The race started with the Fitness Guard leading runners in cheers of Hip-Hip-Hooray for the 7,800 runners entered in the race :) Super day for a run cool fresh air bluebird day :)

Criss crossing through the park by the farm house next to the Belgium horse finally a hint of the end is close at mile 11 past the guard house spray painted on the road is NEARLY THERE :) Yikes 2 miles left uphill around a castle :( finally I could see a double deckered glass topped bus across from the finish line :) Hip-Hip-Hooray:) I made it:)
Next up, a pint of Guinness to quench my thirst :) Off to the Guinness Storehouse to see how the Guinness is brewed :) Our adventures in Ireland where absolutely fabulous :) loved it :) open topped double deckered busses rides :) Gaelic football championship (super bowl of Ireland) :) castle tours:) Jameson Whiskey factory :)Yummy :) ST Patrick's Cathedral :) Trinity College :) shopping :) Pub's :) Irish foods :) fun:)fun:) It was the chance of a lifetime and a special thanks to Pub 317 and the Bozeman Running Company for a great adventure:) It started on 3-17-13 at the Pub 317 after finishing the Pub Run :) my running buddies and I had just finished refreshments :) We went outside and heard Missy O'Malley was announcing race numbers for prizes :) to my surprise my race number was called and I had won a trip to Ireland :) along with the trip is the chance to run the Dublin marathon.
